CAVALRY DEGREE-BASED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Preparing Students for High-Demand Careers
Program Summary
The CAVALRY Degree-Based Apprenticeship Program operates within the CAVALRY Workforce Innovation and Apprenticeship Center (CWIAC), CAVALRY’s scalable workforce model designed to bridge high school, college, and career.
Through integrated academic instruction, industry-recognized credentials, and paid work-based learning, the program equips students with practical, career-ready skills while they earn a degree. With an initial focus on Project Management and Accounting, the model is designed for replication across universities nationwide.
CWIAC prioritizes socioeconomically disadvantaged students, creating clear, debt-free pathways to high-demand careers by aligning education systems, employers, and workforce partners into a single, coordinated apprenticeship experience.
Pathway Design
Our goal is to help corporations, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and entrepreneurs develop a talent pipeline of well-trained individuals; help businesses achieve their corporate goals; and help individuals develop or enhance their skill sets to obtain an in-demand career.
