Pre-Apprentice Phase 2

Complete your CAPM Certification as you prepare for a career in Project Management.

Apprenticeship

Our Apprenticeship program provides you the on-the-job training you need to succeed as a Project Manager and the opportunity to add credentials like DASM, Lean Six Sigma, and Google Project Management Certifications.

CAVALRY PROJECT MANAGEMENT DAY

Imagine going into a room of strangers you have to introduce yourself to and network with. The experience can no doubt be overwhelming and anxiety inducing. CAVALRY’s Project Management Day - The Network Effect: From Anxiety to Opportunity set out to help our apprentices overcome that fear by learning real-world networking skills in a fun, low-pressure environment.

After an engaging networking presentation, our apprentices put what they learned into practice, in a fun and interactive networking bingo game where they had to go up to people they didn’t know and discuss the prompts. It forced them out of their comfort zones and into connection. They learned that networking is being curious, listening and showing up.

Lunch provided more opportunities to engage, and the day ended with our apprentices forming teams to plan their Youth-led 9/11 Service Project to pay tribute to those who lost their lives on 9/11, their families and those who rose in service in response.

It was a day filled with learning, laughter, connection and service - one we know our apprentices won’t soon forget.
