As a Student Engagement Coach with Cavalry, Tori Nelson is dedicated to supporting and empowering military veterans as they transition into meaningful civilian careers. Drawing from five years of service in the U.S. Army, Tori brings firsthand understanding of the challenges veterans face when shifting to new professional paths. This experience fuels a deep commitment to providing personalized guidance, encouragement, and strategic support to help others successfully navigate their career transitions.

After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Tori began pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership to further enhance their ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others. Currently, Tori is also training to obtain a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential, advancing their career in project management. Combining military discipline, educational expertise, and a passion for service, Tori is proud to contribute to the success of Cavalry and the veterans it serves.
