Rob Arnold serves as CAVALRY’s Director of Degree-Based Apprenticeships and Corporate Sponsorships, leading the development of academic pathways that integrate college credit with hands-on apprenticeship training. He works closely with higher education institutions, employers, and industry partners to ensure alignment with both academic standards and workforce needs. Rob also builds and strengthens corporate sponsorship relationships, creating sustainable partnerships that expand opportunities for students and drive program growth.

With decades of experience in retail leadership, Rob has managed large teams, been in regional and corporate roles, overseen dozens of locations across markets, states and regions, and delivered consistent top-tier results for national brands including JCPenney, CVS Health, Burlington, and Dollar General. He is recognized for his expertise in project management, operational excellence, talent development, and collaborative problem-solving. Throughout his career, Rob has been a mentor and coach to leaders at every level, fostering cultures of accountability, service, and achievement. His passion for workforce readiness and leadership development fuels his work at CAVALRY, where he is committed to preparing students for long-term career success.
