Dr. Karen Hamilton brings more than fifteen years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and workforce-aligned program design across higher education and K-12 settings. She has led institutions and academic divisions through complex transitions, building competency-based programs that connect student learning to real employer demand and sustainable career pathways.

Her expertise includes designing and redesigning curricula across multiple disciplines, maintaining institutional accreditation standards, developing faculty and academic teams, and building corporate partnerships that strengthen program relevance and student placement outcomes. She is skilled at navigating highly matrixed organizations, aligning academic programming with labor market data, and ensuring that program quality is consistently measured and improved.
