Nancy Castro serves as a Student Engagement Coach at CAVALRY, bringing over a decade of strategic leadership experience in business administration, executive support, and organizational development. In her role, she provides individualized coaching and support for apprentices in CAVALRY's PMR and CAPM programs, focusing on milestone tracking, progress guidance, and career readiness development to help students achieve certification and successfully transition into project management roles.

Nancy's extensive career reflects a commitment to operational excellence and talent development across diverse industries. She has served as Executive Assistant to the President of the South Region at Brace Integrated Services, where she led high-level strategic coordination, managed complex operational workflows, and supported executive decision-making. Her leadership experience extends through progressive roles at Citibank and USAA, where she developed expertise in process optimization, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Concordia University Texas and maintains professional certifications including PMR, ISACA COBIT, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently pursuing her CAMP certification alongside her apprentice cohort, Nancy's approach combines data-driven accountability with personalized mentorship, empowering apprentices to develop the technical skills, professional confidence, and career resilience needed to break barriers and achieve sustainable economic mobility in today's competitive workforce.
