Paris Tyus brings more than twenty years of experience in program management, team leadership, and workforce development across military, education, and federal service settings. He has led complex, multi-stakeholder programs that deliver measurable outcomes for the populations he serves — from managing vocational rehabilitation services for more than 450 veterans annually at the South Texas Veterans Health Administration to building student success initiatives across San Antonio ISD campuses.
His expertise includes developing individualized success plans, building employer partnerships, managing program operations within resource-constrained environments, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery and data accuracy. He is skilled at coordinating across interdisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative environments, and translating program goals into actionable strategies that produce results.
With a Master of Arts in Education Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a Project Management Ready (PMR) certification, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Paris brings the leadership, organizational skills, and student-centered focus needed to drive recruitment, persistence, and successful outcomes across CAVALRY's growing network of partner sites.
