By participating in our apprenticeship program, your organization will not only gain access to trained, motivated talent but also become a catalyst for change in the lives of our apprentices. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
CAVALRY’s Registered Apprenticeship Program is designed to prepare individuals from underserved backgrounds—including veterans, Title 1 students, and opportunity youth—for careers in high-demand fields such as project management and accounting. Our model includes both a pre-apprenticeship phase (often supported by federal work-study or stipends) and a full apprenticeship with hands-on experience and nationally recognized credentials.
Participants progress through stackable credentials such as:
-
Project Management Ready (PMR)
-
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
-
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) (for accounting apprentices)
Each apprentice is supported by a case manager, professional development coach, and a robust career navigation framework.
