Trevor Vonnahme brings more than 26 years of leadership, mentorship, and mission-driven service to his role as Apprentice Success Coach at CAVALRY. A retired U.S. Army veteran, Trevor spent his military career managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and developing talent across all levels — skills that translate directly into the kind of proactive, relationship-centered support CAVALRY apprentices rely on. He is credentialed in Project Management (PMR, CAPM, and Google Project Management Certificate), and his firsthand experience earning these certifications gives him a unique ability to coach apprentices through their own credentialing journeys with practical insight and genuine empathy.
Throughout his Army career, Trevor directed engineering operations across 31 countries, led teams of up to 50 personnel, and managed budgets exceeding $50 million — but at the heart of every role was a commitment to developing the people around him. Now, he brings that same standard of excellence to each apprentice in his caseload, helping them navigate workplace challenges, stay on track with their academic milestones, and build the confidence and skills to thrive in their careers. Trevor believes every apprentice has the potential to succeed, and it's his job to make sure the path stays clear.
